You can now learn from MakeupClasses.com from wherever you are. You don't have to travel to take a class. You don't have to take time away from your clients or your job. You can learn from your home, your studio, or anywhere you have an internet connection.

And honestly, I am so excited about this.

I have spent years teaching makeup artists, and one of the things I have always felt strongly about is that makeup education should be about much more than learning how to copy a look. There are plenty of tutorials that can show you what to do. What I want to teach you is why you are doing it.

I want you to understand the science behind makeup.

Most makeup artists are never taught how much facial anatomy, structure, color, proportion, and lighting affect the way makeup looks. We learn techniques, but we don't always learn how to look at the individual person sitting in our chair and figure out what that particular face needs.

That is a big part of what I teach through The Anatomical Makeup Method™.

Every face is different. Every eye is different. Every lip is different. Every person has their own features, proportions, and structure. What looks beautiful on one person may not be the right choice for another.

I don't want you to simply learn how to recreate someone else's makeup.

I want you to be able to look at a face and understand it.

I want you to be able to say, “I know what this face needs, and I know why.”

That is when you really start to become a master of your craft.

And this is why I am so excited about bringing MakeupClasses.com online. I can finally share the education I have been teaching in person with artists who aren't able to travel to my classes.

We have created classes that go much deeper than basic makeup application. You can learn about facial anatomy, face shapes, eye shapes, lip shapes, complexion, color, lighting, foundation, eye makeup, bridal makeup, and so much more.

My goal is not to give you a list of rules to follow. My goal is to give you the knowledge to make your own decisions.

Because once you understand why something works, you can use that knowledge on anyone.

I also know that everyone learns differently and that makeup artists are busy. That's why we have both live online classes and pre-recorded courses.

With the live online classes, you can join me from wherever you are and learn in real time. And with the pre-recorded courses, you can learn on your own schedule. You can stop, go back, review something, and take your time with the material.

I think of this as going back to school without having to leave your life behind.

You don't have to quit your job. You don't have to get on a plane. You don't have to live near me.
